Eli Lieber Research Director
Eli has well over a decade of professional experience conducting
scientific, evidence-based, qualitative and quantitative behavioral
and ethnographic research. He is fluent in Mandarin and has extensive
experience in both China and the United States.
In addition to his work with Scarcliff | Salvador, Eli is the Co-Director
of the UCLA/NPI Center for Culture and Health, Fieldwork and Qualitative
Data Research Laboratory, where he regularly consults with leading
institutions around the globe. His areas of expertise include: sampling
strategy; interview, focus group, and observation-based research;
the integration of qualitative and quantitative data; and data management,
analysis, interpretation, and presentation.
A Los Angeles native, Eli received his Ph.D. from the University
of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling
with his family and friends and playing soccer. |
